Our work spans branding, UI/UX, and interactive web design — and we’re looking for a full-time Framer Designer to help bring these ideas to life. Role Overview: This is a full-time, on-site role based at the founder’s residence. You'll be responsible for designing and building websites and landing pages directly in Framer. We’re looking for someone who brings both creative vision and precision to their work — someone who can think in layout, motion, and interactivity. Responsibilities: * Design and build responsive, production-ready websites using Framer * Create reusable components, interactions, and CMS-driven layouts * Translate briefs and brand identities into polished digital experiences * Collaborate directly with the founder and creative team * Ensure consistency, performance, and responsiveness across all breakpoints * Contribute ideas to improve design quality, user experience, and workflow Requirements: * Strong proficiency in Framer (interface, components, interactions, CMS) * A portfolio showcasing your best Framer work (not just any example) * Deep understanding of layout, spacing, typography, and UX fundamentals * Attention to detail and pride in clean, functional design * Ability to work from the founder’s residence full-time * Clear communication and the ability to take initiative Nice to Have: * Experience with animation or motion design * Background in branding, UI/UX, or digital product design * Interest in startups, SaaS, or creative tech Compensation 1. ₹25,000–₹40,000/month, based on experience and skill 2.
