About the Role

Founding Engineer

Engineers whose experience is limited to purely traditional coding practices may find this role misaligned.

Experience with AI-assisted, auto-coding, or AI-augmented workflows is essential.

Interviews will focus on your ability to work with AI-driven development environments (e.g., Claude, Cursor), system design depth, and end-to-end execution.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end AI features: RAG pipelines, LLM inference layers, embeddings, vector search workflows.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python/Node; deploy using

  GCP Cloud Run

  .
• Own CI/CD pipelines—automate testing, releases, and observability.
• Design and optimize data ingestion, processing, and retrieval modules.
• Contribute to front-end development (React/Next.js) with a willingness to learn rapidly.
• Collaborate on product vision, architecture decisions, and the engineering roadmap.

Requirements

• Strong programming skills in

  Python or Node

  with proven

  AI/LLM development experience

• Hands-on experience with

  RAG pipelines

  , vector DBs, embeddings, and prompt/context engineering.
• Solid knowledge of

  GCP

  (Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Firestore, IAM).
• Familiarity with CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Cloud Build).
• Ability to work across the

  full stack

  (frontend + backend).

Bonus

• Experience with

  AI-augmented development
