A Stealth Mode Startup by Mahak Garg (Stanford MBA, Forbes 30 Under 30) and Ganesh (Co-founder, Think School) is building an AI-led product at the intersection of learning, communication, and technology.

Were looking for a Founding Engineer to own the end-to-end engineering and architecture, someone excited to build from scratch, ship fast, and shape the tech foundation of a high-impact product.

What Youll Do

• Lead the full engineering stack architecture, infrastructure, and deployment.
• Build scalable systems for a B2C-first product (with B2B extensions).
• Work hands-on from writing production code to setting up initial frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with the founders to translate ideas into functional products.
• Hire and mentor an early team as the company scales.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in product startups or high-growth tech companies.
• Looking for an engineer with strong backend expertise and hands-on experience in frontend development.(architecture, infrastructure, scalability).
• Experience taking products from 01 and 1100.
• Familiarity with AI tools and integrations.
• Ownership-driven mindset thrives in fast-paced, high-responsibility roles.
• Prior founder or early-stage startup or founding engineer experience is a big plus.
