We’re creating a platform that turns fragmented crash data into predictive reliability insights — using causal graph learning, intelligent analysis, and adaptive remediation.

The Role

We’re looking for a Founding Software Engineer to help build the foundation of our product and company.

You’ll design scalable systems for crash ingestion, root cause correlation, and real-time analysis — working directly with the founders to shape architecture, roadmap, and culture.

You’ll:

• Build and scale core backend and data systems.
• Develop causal analysis and reliability intelligence features.
• Collaborate on early product design and UX.
• Work with early customers and turn feedback into product direction.

You Bring:

• 3+ years of backend, platform, or distributed systems experience.
• Strong coding skills in Python, Go, or TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of system design, observability, or reliability engineering.
• Startup mindset — hands-on, fast, and collaborative.
