We’re creating a platform that turns fragmented crash data into predictive reliability insights — using causal graph learning, intelligent analysis, and adaptive remediation. Our mission: make system failures self-explaining and self-healing. The Role We’re looking for a Founding Software Engineer to help build the foundation of our product and company. You’ll design scalable systems for crash ingestion, root cause correlation, and real-time analysis — working directly with the founders to shape architecture, roadmap, and culture. You’ll: Build and scale core backend and data systems. Develop causal analysis and reliability intelligence features. Collaborate on early product design and UX. Work with early customers and turn feedback into product direction. You Bring: 3+ years of backend, platform, or distributed systems experience. Strong coding skills in Python, Go, or TypeScript.
