Role Overview

 • Senior / Founding Product Manager role

• End-to-end ownership across hardware, AI, and platform

• Translate real-world water data into action and policy

Key Responsibilities

 • Deep user discovery with field teams and government stakeholders

• Own AI + edge vs cloud roadmap with outcome metrics

• Build products suited for B2G adoption: reliability, compliance, trust

• Design feedback loops that change water-usage behavior

• Measure success via impact: water saved, response time, cost reduced

What You Might Work On

 • Decide what intelligence runs on-device vs in the cloud

• Design dashboards officials actually act on

• Convert policy and tender needs into product capabilities

• Prove water loss reduction in real pilots using data

• Turn sensor data into trusted, decision-ready insights

Required Skill Stack

 • Strong systems thinking across hardware, software, and humans

• Experience with IoT / AI-led / data-heavy products

• Comfortable working with engineers, data teams, and non-tech users

• Ability to model impact, ROI, and unit economics

• Startup or early-stage experience preferred

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills

Tools & Tech Environment (Exposure Level)

 • IoT sensors, edge devices, cloud data pipelines

• AI/ML systems for anomaly detection and prediction

• Dashboards, analytics, GIS & reporting tools

• Agile product tools, OKRs, and experimentation
