Founding Engineer

A product-based startup sits at the crossroads of Data and AI, with a vision to streamline and unify data management by centralizing data, delivering intelligent insights, and optimizing cloud performance—enabling organizations to make smarter, data-driven decisions with ease. We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Founding Engineer with deep expertise in React to join us at the ground level. Responsibilities Architect and build high-quality, scalable web applications using React. Collaborate with the founding team to define the product roadmap and technical strategy. Design, implement, and maintain robust application architecture, ensuring performance, scalability, and security. Apply strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSAlgo), High-Level Design (HLD), and Low-Level Design (LLD) to create efficient, maintainable, and scalable solutions. Mentor and lead junior engineers, setting coding standards and best practices. Work closely with backend engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences. Continuously improve and innovate on the existing codebase and development processes. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making as a core team member. Requirements 6-8 years of professional software engineering experience, with a major focus on React.js. Deep expertise in React, JavaScript , and component-driven development. Proven experience designing and implementing scalable architectures using HLD and LLD principles. Strong command of Data Structures & Algorithms and their application in real-world scenarios. Familiarity with integrating RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL. Exposure to cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Startup or early-stage company experience is highly desirable.
