What You’ll Do

• Architect + build core platform from the ground up (front + back + data pipelines).
• Turn fuzzy problems into clean, working systems.
• Work closely with me (founder) to iterate product fast.
• Be the person who sets engineering culture here: clean code, speed, clarity, responsibility.
• Train freshers to help core team with basic development

• You’ve actually shipped and scaled things before.
• You write clean, clear, maintainable code.
• You iterate fast - speed is your language.
• You think in terms of outcomes, not tasks.
• You can take vague problems and design structured solutions.
• You care about climate, not just hype.
• You want ownership, not a “job.”
• Fast learner and flexible systems maker

• Full-time
