Role Description

We are recruiting a hands-on Founding Engineer (Frontend All-Rounder) to craft our digital wealth management experience- fast, intuitive, and delightful:

• Own the entire user-facing platform—designing, building, and scaling the frontend and client-facing APIs
• Rapidly prototype and deliver intuitive user experiences through iterative product experimentation and feedback loops
• Collaborate with the design, quant, engineering, and client partnerships teams to integrate real financial intelligence into fluid user journeys
• Champion best practices in frontend architecture across code quality, performance, and security
• Continuously leverage AI assistance to boost creativity and product velocity

Preferred Background

• Experience: 3+ years of full-stack (especially frontend-heavy) engineering
• Education: Strong academic background from premier institutions
• Prior Roles: Proven zero-to-one experience of quickly shipping high-quality products in fintech/wealthtech startups
• Mindset: User empathy, relentless iterations, AI-native productivity, end-to-end ownership, and bias toward shipping
• Bonus: Experience building onboarding flows, dashboards, and interactive visualizations
• Or something untraditional that trumps all of the above
