We are a dynamic agency owned by a holding company (magmadigitalventures.com). This role involves working closely with our founder to close gaps across the portfolio companies - includes an offshore recruitment business, a marketing agency, and a SaaS product.

We are looking for someone who gets things done. If you're the type who figures things out on the fly, thrives in chaos, and prefers doing over discussing - read on.

Your day might include:

• QAing a product
• Overseeing varying teams
• Taking sales calls with new or existing customers
• Following up on payments
• Interviewing candidates
• Fixing ops or launching projects from scratch
