At the same time, we help music educators expand their reach and find new students.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Founder's Office, located in Mumbai. The role involves supporting the founder in a variety of tasks including strategic planning, project management, financial analysis, and operations. Day-to-day tasks include preparing reports, conducting market research, organizing meetings, and assisting with communications and presentations. The role requires attention to detail, multitasking, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and financial analysis skills
• Experience in project management and strategic planning
• Proficient in conducting market research and preparing reports
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the music or education industry is a plus
