Role Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive, smart, and fast-learning Assistant to support our security operations and project management. You’ll be hands-on with video monitoring, project oversight, and security tools, helping the team stay efficient and ahead of the curve. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee security projects and daily operations, ensuring smooth execution and timely updates.
• Manage video monitoring workflows, review footage, and assist in incident tracking.
• Operate and support security tools and software effectively.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for seamless communication.
• Maintain logs, reports, and documentation for security operations.
• Quickly grasp new tools, systems, and processes, contributing to process improvements.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and provide administrative support with efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years of corporate experience, preferably as a PA or assistant to an international/US-based company.
• Prior experience in admin or PA is preferred 
• Familiarity with security tools and video monitoring systems is a plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
