The role involves supporting the founder in a variety of tasks including strategic planning, project management, financial analysis, and operations. Day-to-day tasks include preparing reports, conducting market research, organizing meetings, and assisting with communications and presentations. The role requires attention to detail, multitasking, and effective communication. Qualifications Strong analytical and financial analysis skills Experience in project management and strategic planning Proficient in conducting market research and preparing reports Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field Experience in the music or education industry is a plus

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Web Developer located in Mumbai, where some work from home is acceptable. The Web Developer will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development tasks. This includes designing and developing websites, writing and maintaining code, ensuring the functionality and performance of web applications, and collaborating with other team members to create seamless user experiences. Qualifications Skills in Back-End Web Development and Programming Expertise in Front-End Development and Web Design Experience in overall Web Development Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment Relevant experience in developing web applications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
