Role Description

This is a paid internship role for a Founders Office Intern located on-site in New Delhi. The Founders Office Intern will support the founding team by assisting with day-to-day tasks, including research, data analysis, preparing reports, and coordinating with stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include helping with project management, participating in meetings, and contributing to strategy development and implementation.


Qualifications

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:


1. Assisting the founders in day-to-day strategic and operational tasks

2. Conducting research, competitor benchmarking, and data analysis to support decision-making

3. Preparing professional reports, presentations, and proposals

4. Coordinating with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth project execution

5. Supporting project management activities and maintaining documentation for ongoing initiatives

6. Participating in internal meetings and contributing to strategy development and implementation

7. Tracking progress, analyzing outcomes, and providing actionable insights for business improvement, Research and data analysis skills

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and work under deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Interest in the education sector and training & development
  • Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
