Job Title: Associate – Founder’s Office Location: Bangalore (WFO) Function: Strategy, GTM, Corporate Development, Ops Experience: 3–7 years Reporting To: Senior Leadership About Company: It’s a leading provider of investment products to Indian investors & platforms to the capital markets industry. Launched in 2016, have served 10+ million individual investors helping them build better long-term portfolios Role Overview As a part of the Founder’s Office, you will operate at the nerve center of the organization — working directly with the founder and leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, growth projects, and operations. Key Responsibilities Strategic projects & partnerships - collaborating across functions & teams to be the showrunner for key projects and plans. New product & business opportunities - identifying and working on gaps & synergies across different product lines & new initiatives Global Expansion: Support international market research, entry strategies, and partner development for scaling beyond India. ⁠Founder support - working closely with the founders on day-to-day priorities, decision making and special projects Operational excellence - driving org-wide programs and processes to track and optimize strategic progress Performance Tracking: Set up dashboards, review cadences, and feedback loops to track and drive strategic progress. What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of experience in generalists with founder experience or working in high-growth startups. Strong first-principles thinking and ability to get things done in ambiguity. High business acumen with exposure to GTM strategy, business development, or operations. Strong articulation and communication skills. Passionate & curious about capital markets/asset & wealth businesses and building for scale. Show more Show less
