Role Overview:

high-aptitude, fast learner (0–2 years experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Run and scale outbound campaigns end-to-end
• Experiment with messaging, personalization, and automation to boost conversion
• Partner with BDRs to deliver qualified meetings + pipeline
• Own metrics across demand generation, outbound performance, and GTM growth projects

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in growth, demand gen, sales ops, or marketing ops (internships and projects count)
• Strong problem-solving ability and analytical thinking
• Excellent written communication, with a knack for messaging that resonates
• Curiosity to test, learn, and scale what works
• Bias for action and ownership mindset
