Role Overview:

We are hiring for the position of Founder's Office – Growth, a high-impact role designed for individuals who are self-driven, strategic, and eager to work alongside the leadership team to support and scale critical business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the founders to manage day-to-day operations and key priorities
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects with timely execution and reporting
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to streamline workflows
• Support internal communication and represent founders in meetings when required
• Optimize business processes and implement systems to track key metrics
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure smooth external coordination
• Take ownership of ad-hoc strategic tasks and special projects as needed

Who Should Apply:

• Professionals with 4 to 5 years of experience in operations, business strategy, consulting, or startup environments
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle ambiguity and multitask effectively
