Founder’s Office + Content Writer

Role Overview

You’ll work closely with the founding team and cross-functional partners across marketing, design, and analytics to craft stories that simplify complex business ideas, highlight success cases, and strengthen the company’s presence with global audiences.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Communication & Business Documentation

  • Create business proposals, investor decks, partnership documents, and pitch narratives.
  • Draft executive communication including reports, announcements, and thought pieces.
  • Convert analytics and business data into clear, insight-driven narratives and visuals.
  • Support due diligence storytelling, acquisition summaries, and internal reports.


Content Creation & Brand Storytelling

  • Write concise, persuasive, and on-brand copy for websites, landing pages, and case studies.
  • Develop thought leadership pieces, founder blogs, and newsletters on SaaS, growth, and acquisitions.
  • Ensure all written communication aligns with brand tone, voice, and positioning.


Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decisions.
  • Summarize reports into clear insights and frameworks for decks and presentations.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to turn findings into actionable business stories.


Presentations & Visual Communication

  • Build and refine investor and internal decks in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • Partner with designers to ensure visual and textual narratives align.
  • Create executive summaries and dashboards that clearly communicate performance.


Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work with design, marketing, and product teams to maintain consistent messaging.
  • Partner directly with the founder on strategic initiatives and communication materials.


Skills & Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a B2B context.
  • Understanding of SaaS, startups, or investment ecosystems (preferred).
  • Experience creating website copy, decks, and thought leadership content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights.
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Slides, Notion, and CMS tools (Webflow or WordPress).
  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital analytics.
  • Excellent research and summarization skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in B2B content, consulting, or startup/VC environments.
  • Experience in business storytelling or investor-focused communication.
  • Comfort handling multiple content formats — decks, reports, FAQs, scripts.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or Ahrefs.
