Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize AI-driven and automated workflows to support analysis, documentation, and business operations.
• Maintain accurate organizational data and create dashboards and trackers for informed decision-making.
• Automate repetitive processes using Python, JavaScript, SQL, or APIs.
• Analyze team workflows to identify efficiency gaps and opportunities for scalability.
• Act as a strategic problem-solver for the Founder's Office on initiatives spanning execution, data, and growth.
• Drive special projects across sales, operations, and partnerships in collaboration with leadership.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced Google Sheets/Excel proficiency (dashboards, pivot tables, automation).
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, prompt engineering, workflow automation).
• Basic programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or SQL preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset, adaptability, and ownership across multiple functions.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  

Preferred (Good To Have)

• Familiarity with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, Integromat, n8n).
• Experience with databases, CRMs, or data visualization tools.
• Interest in AI, data science, or no-code/low-code automation platforms.
