Job Title: Founder’s Office Associate

About The Role

We are looking for a high-impact professional to join the Founder’s Office, working closely with the leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, execution, and data-backed decision-making. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in travel package sales/operations, strong analytical skills, and a bias for execution.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Founder(s) on strategic planning and execution
Track business performance through data analysis, dashboards, and MIS reports
Drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely execution
Monitor KPIs and support data-driven decision-making
Coordinate with internal teams to align priorities and outcomes
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
Support market research and growth initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–2 years of professional experience, preferably in the travel & tourism industry
Prior experience in selling or managing travel packages is strongly preferred
Strong proficiency in data analytics, reporting, and interpretation
Excellent execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
High ownership mindset and problem-solving ability
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets; dashboarding tools are a plus

Preferred Background

Experience with companies selling domestic or international travel packages
Exposure to startup or fast-paced environments
Ability to work closely with senior leadership and handle confidential information
