Business Development & Client Relationship Management Support end-to-end business development activities including prospecting, outreach, follow-ups, and meeting coordination. Handle initial conversations with prospects to understand requirements and qualify opportunities. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication, updates, and coordination. Manage CRM systems, track leads, and ensure accurate pipeline reporting. Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and sales documentation. 2. PR, Media & Influencer Outreach Identify and execute PR opportunities including media features, guest articles, podcasts, webinars, and speaking engagements. Research and engage relevant influencers, industry experts, and thought leaders aligned with brand positioning. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, event organizers, and influencer communities. Plan and execute structured outreach campaigns to ensure consistent visibility and brand presence. Track outreach performance and report key outcomes to the founder. Ideal Candidate Profile Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail and clarity. 0–1 years of experience in Business Development, Client Management, PR, Influencer Marketing, or Founder’s Office roles. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Prior experience in outreach, partnerships, or influencer collaborations is highly preferred. Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and conversations simultaneously. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in execution. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
