Founder's Office Associate

About the role:

• Immediate joining
• Reports to Founder/CEO
• Job is full-time, WFO and based out of Hyderabad
• Career growth/value maximised if stay is 5 years. 

Requirement:

1. Company Secretary Full or (pursuing final) and keen to pursue a career in Finance

2. 1-3 years of work experience handling Corporate Compliances, MIS/Analytics 
3. Excellent communication and networking skills 
4. Proficient with spreadsheets, MIS/Analytics
5. Prior experience in working with startups is a plus factor 
6. Demonstrates disciplined effort and goal-oriented actions

Primary daily responsibilities and tasks:

• Founder calendar management – Balance Growth, Product and Delivery

• P&L /MIS – Monthly Udbhata/Investor MIS and Quarterly accounting 

• Investor/ Fund-raise management –we are planning around $400k via C/N funding 

• Weekly OKR/KPI + Timesheet monitoring and reporting for Udbhata 

• Cash flows - review and deploy breakeven, +ve cashflow levers

• Ensure timely Udbhata accounting and compliances, assisted by CA/CS partners  

Since this is a start-up, there will be a multitude of responsibilities, and can keep changing . As processes get established, depending on the key strengths and interests, the mix of the above can change/stabilize.
