Overview

We’re hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer who can sit at the intersection of engineering and customer success. You’ll work directly with product teams, help them integrate our SDK, and build solutions that make their applications more reliable and scalable. This role involves hands-on development, technical problem-solving, and clear communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client use cases and offer practical technical direction

• Integrate our SDK into production applications

• Investigate and resolve performance or implementation issues

• Build sample apps and internal tools that highlight product capabilities

• Work with engineering and documentation teams to improve overall developer experience

Requirements

• Strong software development experience

• Good understanding of APIs, SDKs, networking basics, and platform integrations

• Solid debugging and problem-solving approach

• Comfortable explaining technical concepts to clients

• Ability to build quick prototypes or POCs when needed
