As a Forward Deployed Engineer - Deployment Architect at DevRev, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing AI-driven business transformation projects for our customers using DevRevs AgentOS platform. Your responsibilities will include deeply understanding customer business domains, architecting scalable solutions, and serving as a trusted technical advisor. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure successful implementation and drive innovation in AI and software integration. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Own Customer Context:** Deeply understand customer business domains, systems, and OKRs/KPIs to guide solution design. - **Architect AI Transformation:** Design and document AI-driven workflows, agents, skills, and system integrations aligned with customer goals. - **Be a Trusted Advisor:** Build strong partnerships with customer stakeholders, delivering confidence in our platforms capabilities. - **Translate & Coordinate:** Bridge the gap between pre-sales/CS and engineering, ensuring actionable requirements and measurable outcomes. - **Design Reusability:** Architect modular, scalable solutions that can be extended across customers and verticals. - **Drive Delivery:** Collaborate with Applied AI engineers to oversee solution implementation, ensuring alignment and execution excellence. - **Support Pre-Sales:** Partner with sales engineers to scope new opportunities, define technical requirements, and provide input on feasibility and effort. - **Lead Innovation:** Stay updated on emerging trends in AI, software integration, and business transformation to enhance solution designs. - **Maintain Quality & Compliance:** Ensure all solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards. - **Travel Ready:** Willingness to travel up to 50% for on-site discovery, deployment, and customer engagement. **Qualifications Required:** - **Experience:** 8+ years in solution architecture or consulting roles, focused on enterprise-scale, customer-facing software implementations. - **AI & Cloud:** Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and modern integration patterns. - **Business Acumen:** Strong understanding of customer priorities and ability to translate business needs into technical execution plans. - **Design Thinking:** Skilled in crafting scalable and future-proof architectures with a problem-solving mindset. - **Communication:** Exceptional ability to convey complex technical and business concepts to diverse stakeholders. - **Project Leadership:** Proficiency in project planning tools and methodologies, capable of managing multiple solution tracks and timelines. - **Metrics Focus:** Proven ability to define and track success through OKRs, KPIs, and tangible business outcomes. - **SaaS & Platform Fluency:** Background in SaaS or enterprise platforms with an understanding of extensibility and design principles. - **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
