As a Customer Deployment Architect on the Echo Applied AI team, you will serve as the lead technical strategist embedded with our customers. You will own the end-to-end design of AI-driven business transformation projects from understanding domain-specific needs to architecting scalable agent-based solutions using DevRevs AgentOS platform. This role requires a unique blend of enterprise architecture, AI solutioning, customer empathy, and cross-functional collaboration. You will act as the connective tissue between pre-sales, customer success, engineering, and product teams, bringing our AI capabilities to life for real-world impact. You will deeply understand customer business domains, systems, and OKRs/KPIs to guide solution design. Design and document AI-driven workflows, agents, skills, and system integrations that align with customer goals and industry best practices. Build strong partnerships with customer stakeholders as their technical counterpart, delivering confidence in our platform's capabilities. Bridge the gap between pre-sales/CS and engineering, ensuring requirements are actionable and outcomes measurable. Architect modular, scalable solutions that can be extended across customers and verticals. Collaborate with Applied AI engineers to oversee solution implementation, ensuring architectural alignment and execution excellence. Partner with sales engineers and customer teams to scope new opportunities, define technical requirements, and provide input on feasibility and effort. Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, software integration, and business transformation and bring that insight to our solution designs. Ensure all solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards. Willingness to travel up to 50% for on-site discovery, deployment, and customer engagement. You should have 8+ years of experience in solution architecture or consulting roles, focused on enterprise-scale, customer-facing software implementations. Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and modern integration patterns (APIs, webhooks, pipelines). Strong understanding of customer priorities, with the ability to translate business needs into technical execution plans. A problem-solver with a growth mindset, skilled in crafting scalable and future-proof architectures. Exceptional ability to convey complex technical and business concepts to diverse stakeholders, both technical and non-technical. Proficiency with project planning tools and methodologies; capable of managing multiple solution tracks and timelines. Proven ability to define and track success through OKRs, KPIs, and tangible business outcomes. Background in SaaS or enterprise platforms, with understanding of extensibility and multi-tenant design principles. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. Advanced degrees or certifications in AI/architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, SAFe) are a plus.,

As a Senior Solution Architect - Gen AI at CitiusTech, you will be an integral part of an Agile team dedicated to designing and constructing healthcare applications and implementing new features while upholding the highest coding development standards. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our applications. Collaborating closely with our development team, you will be involved in designing, implementing, and executing comprehensive test plans, including automation testing and API testing. Your expertise in software quality assurance and ophthalmology will play a crucial role in ensuring that our applications meet the highest standards of accuracy. Your role will involve articulating, advising, and leading workshops with customers while staying abreast of emerging technical trends in AI and GenAI. You will collaborate with Sales and Engineering teams to develop proof of concepts (POCs) and propose solutions. Additionally, you will assist in developing robust methodologies, processes, implementation strategies, and rollout plans. Your contribution will also extend to strategic consulting, where you will help build AI/ML-driven roadmaps for our customers. Working closely with offshore AI/ML/Data delivery and competency teams, you will communicate project requirements effectively. Furthermore, you will assist customers in conducting root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to address specific business queries and identify areas for enhancement. To be successful in this role, you should possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in AI solutioning, with a strong technical understanding of AI and GenAI technologies such as NLP, Computer Vision, and Search and Summarization. Exposure to the healthcare domain and knowledge of Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance are essential. Moreover, you should be proficient in technical advisory/consulting roles, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to create and assemble solutions for customers independently. Experience working with tech partners like Nvidia and Cloud AI Eco-systems partners will be advantageous. Additionally, familiarity with infrastructure stacks such as AWS, Linux, Scala, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Spark, and coding knowledge in languages like Python, R, Java, and JavaScript will be beneficial. Understanding AI/ML products and market landscape, visualizing/presenting data to stakeholders, and prior experience with healthcare applications are desirable skills.
