Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Forex Executive to join forex services company in Kochi. The role involves handling day-to-day foreign exchange operations, ensuring compliance, managing customer requirements, and supporting smooth branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily forex operations, including currency exchange, remittances, and related services.
• Manage KYC verification, documentation, and compliance as per RBI and AML guidelines.
• Assist customers in purchasing and selling foreign currencies, travel cards, and remittance products.
• Maintain accurate records, transaction logs, and reporting systems.
• Coordinate with banks, partners, and internal teams for timely execution of forex transactions.
• Ensure branch operational efficiency and support management in process improvement.
• Provide excellent customer service to walk-in and corporate clients.
• Ensure cash handling, vault management, and reconciliation are performed accurately.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Forex Operations (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of currency exchange procedures, remittances, and compliance norms.
• Good communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and maintain accuracy in transactions.
• Basic computer proficiency.
