Job Description

Role Summary

The Forex Executive will manage all foreign exchange activities related to imports, exports, and global sourcing for an FMCG supply chain. The role focuses on minimizing FX risk, optimizing landed costs, and ensuring full compliance with RBI/FEMA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage FX exposures from imports of raw materials, packaging, machinery, and finished goods.
Work with procurement & supply chain teams to forecast currency needs and provide rate guidance.
Execute FX transactions (spot/forward/options) and develop hedging strategies.
Monitor landed cost impact due to currency movements and support pricing/costing teams.
Negotiate competitive FX rates and trade finance terms with banks.
Ensure compliance with FEMA, RBI, DGFT and maintain accurate documentation.
Prepare MIS reports on exposure, hedge positions, FX gains/loss, and market trends.

Qualifications

Relevant Bachelor's Degree
4–5 years of forex or treasury experience, preferably in FMCG or import-driven supply chains.
Strong knowledge of FX markets, trade finance, and hedging instruments.
Proficiency in Excel & ERP/TMS systems (SAP/Oracle).

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
