Your role.
Responsible for converting documentation into usable data related to various types of financial fraud and litigation disputes. Your expertise will play a crucial role in the initial steps of any forensic engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and analyze documentation.
- Export and format accounting system reports.
- Convert .pdf documents into usable data through use of our software tools (see below).
- Verify the accuracy of the converted files.
- Perform keyword searches on email and hard drive captures.
- Perform OSINT background research using our subscription-based tools and web.
- Articulate findings to engagement team.
- Ability to document and articulate processes performed.
Qualifications
- Graduate - B.com/BBA/BAF prefferred
- 2-4 years of experience in data analytics or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge in one or more of the following software tools:
- Data conversion software (BankScan, Valid8, Data Snipper, Transactions)
- Relativity
- Thomson Reuters CLEAR
- Data analysis software (Power BI, IDEA, Alteryx, Tableau)
- Baseline skill applications (Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word)
