Learning and improving culinary knowledge: Continually developing culinary knowledge to produce high-quality meals. Other duties: Monitoring kitchen equipment, reporting issues to superiors, assessing inventory, requesting resupply when necessary, disposing of spoiled items, and adhering to sanitation policies.
