Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Gourmet Chef to craft premium-quality mithai and chocolates. The ideal candidate will blend traditional recipes with modern gourmet techniques, ensuring exceptional taste, presentation, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute gourmet recipes for mithai and chocolates.
• Innovate with fusion flavors, textures, and designs.
• Ensure consistent taste, quality, and portion control.
• Source and use high-quality ingredients.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Train and guide junior staff on recipes and presentation.
• Stay updated with global dessert trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef specializing in desserts, mithai, or chocolates.
• Strong knowledge of ingredients, flavors, and culinary techniques.
• Creativity in recipe development and presentation.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Attention to detail and passion for premium culinary experiences.
