MiHeSo is a fast-growing premium D2C health food brand redefining convenient nutrition through our science-backed Overnight Oats. Founded by a PhD in Plant Biotechnology, we’re on a mission to make healthy eating effortless, credible, and delicious — and to become India’s next big FMCG food brand.


Responsibilities:

You’ll be part of the core operations team ensuring smooth coordination across manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  1. Tracking all inward/outward inventory at our 3rd party manufacturing units and central warehouse.
  2. Reconciling raw material consumption vs. finished goods output.
  3. Conducting periodic QC checks and ensuring SOP compliance.
  4. Maintaining Excel/Google Sheet trackers for daily reporting.
  5. Proactively flagging discrepancies, shortages, or quality issues.
  6. Assisting in the creation of standardized operational processes for scale.
  7. Coordinating with vendors (manufacturers, warehouse, logistics) for timely stock movements.

Stipend

  • INR 7k to 10k depending upon experience
