Role Overview

Graphic Designer

What You'll Do

• Conceptualize and design static, GIF, and video creatives for Meta, Google, and other ad platforms.
• Design engaging assets for emails, WhatsApp, and web banners.
• Create short video mashups and reels using existing footage.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to bring campaign ideas to life.
• Stay up to date with digital design trends, D2C aesthetics, and evolving social media formats.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum

  2 years of experience

  in

  graphic design + video editing

  .
• Prior experience working

  in a D2C brand or creative agency

  serving D2C/FMCG clients.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects or equivalent).
• A keen eye for typography, layout, and composition.
• Ability to think boldly, push creative boundaries, and deliver under deadlines.
• High sense of ownership, reliability, and attention to detail.

Bonus Points If You

• Have motion graphics / animation experience.
• Can contribute ideas for new campaigns or creative directions.
• Understand performance marketing and what makes an ad convert.
