Responsibilities: You’ll be part of the core operations team ensuring smooth coordination across manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics. Day-to-day responsibilities include: Tracking all inward/outward inventory at our 3rd party manufacturing units and central warehouse. Reconciling raw material consumption vs. finished goods output. Conducting periodic QC checks and ensuring SOP compliance. Maintaining Excel/Google Sheet trackers for daily reporting. Proactively flagging discrepancies, shortages, or quality issues. Assisting in the creation of standardized operational processes for scale. Coordinating with vendors (manufacturers, warehouse, logistics) for timely stock movements. We're now looking for a creative powerhouse who lives and breathes design someone who can translate our brand story into scroll-stopping visuals across Meta, Email, and beyond. Role Overview As a Graphic Designer at MiHeSo, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling visuals that drive engagement, conversions, and brand love. From digital ads and website banners to GIFs and video mashups, your designs will shape how India sees MiHeSo. What You'll Do Conceptualize and design static, GIF, and video creatives for Meta, Google, and other ad platforms. Design engaging assets for emails, WhatsApp, and web banners. Create short video mashups and reels using existing footage. Work closely with the marketing and content teams to bring campaign ideas to life. Stay up to date with digital design trends, D2C aesthetics, and evolving social media formats. Maintain a consistent visual identity across all touchpoints. What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design + video editing . Prior experience working in a D2C brand or creative agency serving D2C/FMCG clients. Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects or equivalent). A keen eye for typography, layout, and composition. Ability to think boldly, push creative boundaries, and deliver under deadlines. High sense of ownership, reliability, and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have motion graphics / animation experience. Can contribute ideas for new campaigns or creative directions. Understand performance marketing and what makes an ad convert.
