Role Overview

Food Production Faculty | Culinary Arts Instructor

Key Responsibilities

Teach and train students in Indian, Continental, Pan-Asian, and Bakery & Patisserie.

Conduct practical kitchen labs, demonstrations, and engaging theory classes.

Mentor students for competitions, internships, and global placements.

Maintain hygiene, HACCP/FSSAI standards, and safety compliance in kitchen labs.

Introduce modern culinary trends & innovation in classes.

Collaborate with colleagues for events, food festivals, and workshops.

Qualifications

Essential: Bachelor’s in Hotel Management / B.Sc. Hospitality & Hotel Administration with Food Production specialisation.

Preferred: Master’s or Phd

Alternative Path: Senior chefs with 5–10 years’ industry experience (hotels, cruise lines, restaurants) are welcome.

Certifications like FSSAI FoSTaC, HACCP, WorldChefs are a plus.
