Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Production Faculty at IIHM located in Hyderabad. The Food Production Faculty will be responsible for conducting culinary classes, designing course curriculum, assessing student progress, and mentoring culinary students in practical kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Culinary expertise and knowledge in food production
• Demonstrated experience in teaching or training culinary students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Knowledge of international culinary trends and techniques
• Formal culinary education or relevant certifications
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management
