Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food Production Faculty member at IIHM Hyderabad. The faculty member will be responsible for teaching and training students in food production techniques, developing curriculum, conducting practical classes, assessing student performance, and staying updated with the latest industry trends. The role also includes mentoring students, participating in academic planning, and engaging with industry partners to enhance training programs. Qualifications Expertise in Food Production and Culinary Arts Experience in curriculum development and academic planning Strong teaching and mentoring skills Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and industry partners Experience in hospitality management or related field is a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or related field
