Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Faculty - Rooms Division in Hotel Management. The faculty member will be responsible for teaching and training students in rooms division management, including front office operations, housekeeping management, and guest services. Additional responsibilities include developing course materials, conducting assessments, mentoring students, and staying updated with industry trends and practices. The position is located in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Rooms Division Management, including Front Office Operations and Housekeeping Management
• Experience in Guest Services Management and Hospitality Operations
• Strong teaching and mentoring skills
• Ability to develop curriculum and course materials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant industry experience in hotel management and operations
• Master's degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred
• Experience in educational institutions or training programs is a plus
