Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Level Food Production Faculty at IIHM Hyderabad. The faculty member will be responsible for teaching food production courses, preparing lesson plans, conducting practical sessions, and evaluating student performance. Additionally, the role involves curriculum development, mentoring students, participating in departmental meetings, and contributing to academic research and development activities.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge and experience in Food Production and Culinary Arts
• Teaching, Curriculum Development, and Mentoring skills
• Strong Organizational, Research, and Presentation skills
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Master's degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at a senior level
