Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food Production Apprentice to join our team at Taj Gandhinagar Resort & Spa. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in food production or related fields.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in planning, preparing, and cooking high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the culinary experience.
Participate in inventory management and ordering supplies.
Ensure compliance with quality control measures to maintain consistency in taste and presentation.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with attention to detail and creativity.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including cookware, utensils, and cleaning materials.
Basic knowledge of food safety protocols and hygiene practices.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and recipes.
Freshers can apply, provided they meet the required educational qualifications.
