A food court manager's job description includes overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, controlling costs, and maintaining health and safety standards. Key duties involve scheduling and training employees, handling customer complaints, managing inventory and budgets, and monitoring food quality and cleanliness.
