Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Food & Beverages Executive to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Coordinate with suppliers to source ingredients and materials.
Maintain inventory levels and control waste to optimize costs.
Develop menus and promotions to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
Train staff on food safety protocols and product knowledge.
Monitor customer feedback and implement changes to improve service quality.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage operations within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize operational efficiency.
