Job Description

Looking to onboard a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage professional with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, preferably with experience working for Marriott International, Inc.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain consistency in menu offerings and pricing.
Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
Train and mentor staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and adherence to budget.
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage operations within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in inventory management software and point-of-sale systems.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and procedures is an advantage.
