Job Description

You will be responsible for completing closing duties, which include storing reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning equipment and areas, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklist. Additionally, you will be required to set up, stock, and maintain work areas, as well as inspect the cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver before use. It is important to maintain cleanliness throughout the day by following clean-as-you-go procedures. Your role also involves following all company, safety, and security policies and procedures. You must report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager and complete safety training and certifications. Maintaining a clean and professional uniform and appearance is essential, as well as protecting company assets and maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information. You will be expected to welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, communicate clearly and professionally, and develop positive working relationships with colleagues. As part of your responsibilities, you should support the team in reaching common goals, listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees, and ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Physical requirements include standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds, manipulating objects of varying sizes, and moving over different surfaces. Other duties may be assigned by Supervisors as needed.
