Finance Controller F&BExperience - 2+ yearsMin Qualification- CA IntermediateLocation - Sector 82, MohaliResponsibilities:-Financial Reporting:Preparing and publishing accurate monthly and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Budgeting & Forecasting:Overseeing the annual budget process, financial forecasting, and analyzing budget variances to ensure financial health. Internal Controls:Developing, documenting, and monitoring financial policies and procedures to maintain strong internal controls and ensure quality control over transactions. Regulatory Compliance:Ensuring the organization complies with local, state, and government reporting requirements and tax laws. Audits:Coordinating and managing internal and external audits, preparing for auditor readiness, and presenting final reports to senior management. Financial Analysis:Conducting in-depth financial analysis to provide insights to senior management, evaluate risks, and support strategic decision-making. Accounting Operations:Managing various accounting functions, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cost accounting, and revenue recognition. Cash Management:Tracking and managing cash flow to ensure sufficient cash is available for operations and to optimize cash utilization.
