This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor for a 42 cover restaurant located in Sector 65 Gurugram. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will oversee daily operations in food service areas, ensure service standards are met, manage staff schedules, and handle customer service inquiries and complaints. The supervisor will be responsible for training staff, monitoring inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
