Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sector-65 Gurugram for a Commi I/DCDP-Asian position at Armour Hospitality. The role involves daily tasks such as preparing and cooking food, adhering to hygiene and safety standards, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness. Additional responsibilities include assisting in inventory management, helping with menu preparation, and ensuring a consistent quality and presentation of dishes. The ideal candidate should also effectively communicate and collaborate with kitchen staff and management.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience in Asian cuisine
• Proficiency in Food Preparation and Cooking skills
• Strong Culinary Skills, including knowledge of Asian cuisine
• Adherence to Hygiene and Safety standards
• Effective Communication skills
• Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Relevant culinary certification or equivalent experience
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
