Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor, located in Hyderabad. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the food and beverage service, ensure high service standards, manage and train staff, and maintain excellent customer service. They will coordinate with the kitchen team to guarantee timely and quality food service and address customer inquiries and feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and ability to oversee staff
• Knowledge and experience in Food Service and Service Standards
• Excellent Customer Service skills and ability to enhance customer experiences
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with staff and customers
• Ability to work full-time and on-site in Hyderabad
• Relevant experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field
