Food And Beverage Supervisor

As an F&B Executive at Zolo, located in Hoshiarpur, Shimla, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of bulk kitchens and ensuring the smooth functioning of mess and large-scale food preparation units. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with internal and external teams to maintain a seamless food supply chain management system. You will be responsible for resolving food-related tickets and customer issues promptly, conducting customer follow-ups to drive food subscription growth, and liaising with vendors to uphold food quality and quantity standards. Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and sanitary standards will be a key part of your role. Collaborating with management to achieve revenue and operational objectives, identifying and implementing strategies to resolve operational inefficiencies, and boosting sales will be some of your primary tasks. Maintaining a safe and hygienic working environment in all kitchen facilities and coordinating with FSSAI authorities for applying and renewing food licenses across all properties will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be required to monitor and audit inventory levels to ensure consistent product availability and place orders as needed.
