Food And Beverage Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor located in Mehrauli, Delhi. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily operations in the food and beverage department, ensuring service standards are met, supervising staff, overseeing food service, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves coordinating with kitchen staff, maintaining inventory and supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven Supervisory Skills and experience in managing teams
• Knowledge of Service Standards and best practices in food and beverage service
• Hands-on experience in Food Service operations
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in hospitality or a related field
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry is preferred
