Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Food and Beverage Supervisor, located on-site in Gurugram. The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff to ensure service standards, supervising food service activities, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Duties also include communicating effectively with team members and customers to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Supervisory Skills and Service Standards
• Experience in Food Service and Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Prior experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
